Fourways, Manchester

Fourways House is a Grade II listed mixed use building located Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

The building is a brick built former packing warehouse constructed in 1906 and has since been redeveloped to provide office, retail and leisure offerings. The accommodation is arranged over ground and five upper floors providing a total of 59,000 sq ft with suites available from 500 sq ft – 6,000 sq ft. Finished to a high standard and retaining it's character features including exposed brick walls, timber floors, steel columns and exposed ceilings.

THE PROJECT

The building is currently being redeveloped to offer a contemporary reception and full height atrium, high specification office accommodation, new lifts, cycle storage and welfare accommodation.
