Stenecourt Synagogue, Salford
The synagogue is located in Salford and was originally built in 1954 and extended in 1999 with the addition of the main synagogue. The synagogue is host to various Jewish holidays and full time place of worship.
THE PROJECT
During the course of 2017 and 2018, the Synagogue underwent a full transformation during which, a multi-purpose extension was added to the original build.
The synagogue has benefited from a new heating, cooling and ventilation solution in order to provide comfort to the community who use the facility. A new lighting scheme has also been provided which is in-keeping with the character of the design philosophy for the space.
